It has been all work and only a little bit of play at Designer Man Cave in the recent months. You may remember part one of an exciting DMC commercial man space project that I shared with you in August. The project has now hit the next phase, so I am keen to share part 2 with you! Here’s whats been going down….
As the interior design has been unfolding, DMC has also been project managing the fit out of the space. As with many inner city high-rise commercial buildings, there has been plenty of paperwork and certification involved before a demolition tool could be lifted from the toolbox – Real Estate, Owner, Building Management, Strata Management, Strata Committee, Contractors, Floor scanner, Structural Engineer, Strata Lawyer, Security, Suppliers….the list goes on!
The green light has been pressed though, my contractors are onsite now making things happen and with loud work only being allowed after hours, they are nocturnal. All is on track for me to hand the site keys to my client in December so their business can rock and roll.
Here is a continuation of the photo journal I’ve been keeping:

WHAT’S NEXT?
Furniture orders are placed, construction continues and more trades are being booked in by the day. Looking forward to sharing part 3 with you in the coming weeks and this space continues to transform!
