Designer Man cave is constantly growing with information and tips and along with these developments is the library of resources, here to help you improve your home interior. ‘Tips to get your man space started’ was the first resource page to kickstart things and this week, ‘How to personalise your home’ went live and is up for the reading!
A very common case when I meet new clients is they lack “stuff”. Most gents have the necessities covered, like somewhere to sit, sleep and eat. It’s the extras that make your space a personal, liveable one. Now when I talk about “stuff”, I don’t mean hoarding. But, whatever your passions are, or if you are a collector of something, this is a perfect way to introduce some personal touches.
A great example of this was the Surry Hills bachelor pad makeover I worked on. My client had a fantastic collection of books and magazines stacked under the coffee table that were hidden away. Giving them a new home on an open shelf injected some of his taste into the room not only for him to enjoy but it is now a nice display of his personality that guests can admire.
Is there a home interior improvement that I haven’t written about that you would like some assistance with? I am here to help if you have a question. Chances are if you are thinking it, other gents are too! You can get in touch with me here and I’ll do my best to assist you.
Head over to ‘How to personalise your home‘ for some more inspiration. This will be a resource that is regularly updated, so keep your eye out for more articles in the future. For now though, these tips to improve your man space should get you moving towards getting your pad rocking – to impress yourself every time you arrive home, and your guests when they visit!
